huge roombottled waterfresh eggs
the room was huge it was a family beautiful and good for everyone i stayed with. bottled water was restocked in the room every day i liked that. breakfast had fresh eggs that staff cooked when i ordered them how cool is that
the gym machines had some damage i noticed it.

the location worked well, close to the train station. the room was spacious and very clean. the pillows were very comfy!
the gym machines were damaged. i was forced to pay extra money at another gym. the breakfast did not have many choices for vegetarians though. the staff were not cooperative on some requests.

the super nice team and friendly this was a plus point.
the shower was not fixed properly so it was hard to move it i also saw carpet burns from cigarettes in my non-smoking room bed sheets were old and torn the gym machines were damaged i had to go to another gym and pay extra.

the location was good and easy to get around from. it was close to the bts.
The smell in the lobby was quite bad. I couldn't eat there. the carpet in my room felt dirty and the shower head was scaled up and ineffective.

The staff was SOOO helpful and friendly . I also found the location ideal. I could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
The tv signal in my room was not great. There was some static. The gym equipment also seemed a little dated, requiring some maintenance.

Fantastic stay with great service

The location offers convenient access to many restaurants and the train station (it's a short walk!). I found a 7-Eleven just across the street from the hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly, AND cute. The swimming pool was quite decent, i appreciate it.
The hotel could benefit from some updates because it appears a little dated.

The hotel is in a prime area with easy access to transport, including the Nana Skytrain station, adjacent. Taxis are readily available in front of the hotel at all times. Plenty of food options surround the hotel.

The staff provides service with care and is very helpful. I am Grateful. They were also very friendly and polite. I arrived early and was accommodated immediately, without having to wait for the check-in time.

The hotel restaurant has an international menu, serving both Indian and Thai food. For breakfast, they offered caesar salad (which I liked). Scramble eggs, fried eggs, chicken porridge, fruit, yogurt, croissants, and water drinks were available.

The location was convenient, near restaurants and transport links. the staff were supportive. They promptly provided another room when needed. parking availability was a bonus. we appreciated the hotel's responsiveness.
The room could benefit from slightly better lighting. It felt a bit dim.
